The Wizard of Oz (1939)

The Wizard of Oz (1939) follows Dorothy Gale, a young Kansas girl who is swept away by a tornado to the magical Land of Oz. Hoping to find a way home, she travels to the Emerald City to seek help from the Wizard of Oz. Along the way, she befriends the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, who join her in search of a brain, a heart, and courage. Together, they face the Wicked Witch of the West and discover the true value of friendship, bravery, and believing in themselves.
